Good Day,
Just got my BV6000 3 days ago, I have a few questions:
1. Sometimes i receive a pop up notice stating "Launcher 3 not responding, the the phone freezes and i have to restart, VERY frustrating.
2. The screen auto lock while busy using the phone, eg. while texting or scrolling through the menu's
3. Sometimes i have delayed typing and then i get kicked out of an app and have to restart the phone to continue.
Please assist, i really like this product but its driving me insane.

I have the same problem.
After updating to version 7 android Launcher3 pracue very unstable.
Temporary solution is to install nova launcher from the store Google.

I have exactly the same problem since January that i updated to Android 7. Any solution from the official service?
