Some problem with BV6000

I just bought Blackview BV6000 and after used in 5 days there is problem, I can not receive phone call and front camera not working when I do video call for any application. Just information its happen after updated firmware with latest version BV6000_Blackview_V01_20161011

you can try a factory reset to see if problem can be solved.
