2g only

Hey, my new bv6000 won't connect to t-mobile's 4g network, I updated the OS and it still won't connect. It says it regesters on the network but stays in EDGE mode. What should I do?

Where are you from? if you have checked the network frequence of BV6000s to see if it is compatible with your local one?
