Hello,

today I wanted to answer a call. I could see anything on the screen. It was clearly on an it was ringing.
I fel like I could use the touchscreen. Anyway the caller was soon hanging up.
After that i suppose the bs 6000 freeze.
Ive been having that once on my way home in the subway.
I pushed a lot od buttons papped on the screen und suddenly after around 15 minutes it started to reboot.

But now nothing happenes when I do that.
I dont want do do that anyway.

What am I supposed to do when the phone is frozen, stuck or anything. There is no way to take the battery out right?
Ive never thaught about that.


Is there a way to restart the phone by using some kind of key combination?


Besides that, the Phone seems to be completely shut off right now.
plugging it into the computer doest make any difference.
Charging it, doesnt make any difference.
No reaction to any buttons...

I beleve it is suck. Cant emagine that there is any hardware issue becaus i recently bought it an it worked just fine till now.

Hope anyone can help me.

Hi,

Usually a long press on the power button will force the phone to power off. Then you can try to power on it again.
