Where is my phone .. ?

Hi Blackview,
I send to you my phone at september 01 2016 via my market but the tracing says that you receive it for a mounth.. And my market doesn't answerd to me anyway ?
WHERE IS MY PHONE ?!
I paid for it.

I't broke ! BROKE. FOR A UNBRAKABLE PHONE. Crazy no ?

why didnt you just call blackview. or write a mail.
