Bv6000 pokemon go not working!!

Hello just bought this phone for my kid 14 days ago for him to play Pokemon GO.
I am NOT a phone wiz and now the pokemon go is no longer working.
Anybody that can help??

When the game failed to work, is there any notification about the reason on the screen ?
