I just got the new bv6000s and I have a strange issue . I'm not able to connect to my wifi. the encryption on my wifi is wpa. I'm a IT person, i connected a lot of devices to my wifi but with bv6000s I'm not able to connect it.

the bv6000s ask me the password, and it locks when is getting the ip address , you see the written "he is getting the ip address" but it doesn't get the ip address even if you wait for a while.

Please do you have any idea.

Hi,

Anything about Wifi setting is wrong ? if all is right , try to do a factory reset on the phone.
