try a factory reset to see if it can work properly

Hello,
I have the same problem. When I press the power button to lock or unlock the phone lowers the volume. Looks like it makes bad contact. I did the factory reset and even erased all my data on the SD card. But the problem remains. I hope you're gonna help me while I'm having bad times with the seller's comunication.

for boot-loop flash the latest firmware over pc.
