I bought this "new" Blackview BV6000 mobile on Amazon Spain and I doubt whether new or refurbished / Reconditioned. Upon opening the box, the phone already had installed a screen saver, and there was another screen saver in the box with cables and accessories.

I have other problems with the phone:
 
- The screen rotation does not work, the option to automatically rotate does nothing. Not if the rotation sensor fault or problem of Android version 6.0.

- When you activate the configurator UI in the sitema of settings, the configurator does not appear below the adjustment phone information.

After checking all functions of the device and the sensors with the application of Play Store Sensor Kinetics everything works correctly least the previous two problems.

With this in mind, you should return it to Amazon and replace it ?, or these problems are fixable ?.

There is actually two screen saver, one is already on phone, another is a replacement for users.
for the sreen rotation , if you has already enabled the function of screen automatical rotate, please you can try a factory reset or firmware update to solve the problem.
