Hello,

My name is Vlad Carpen  and i buyed this model (BV6000s) last year on may.
Few days ago i tried to flash it with original rom (for model with 6737T processor) because the phone started to loose signal on both sim cards randomly. At the end of flashing i tried to restart the phone and it got stucked in boot logo. I tried again to flash and error 4032 started to appear. I tried to flash all available roms for this model (for MT6737T processor). I used different versions of SP Flash Tool, reinstalled MTK drivers many times, tried  with Windows 7 and windows 10, i tried with original cable and another cable. I attached few photos with original box, phone disassembled and error.
In last days i wasted a lot of hours in searching on youtube and other sites. Also i checked forum.
I attached a screenshot with original version of rom when i buyed and other screenshots with error, original box and PCB serial number.
Screenshots
Please Help me with a solution... :( ...

Many thanks,
Vlad Carpen

Hi.The memory (RAM) of this phone is broken, if you want to repair it, you need to replace the motherboard.
I think you'd better contact our professional after-sales directly. After-sales email: support02@blackview.hk
