Home button LED alway on

The LED for the home button as well as the two other buttons always stays on. Don't know how to turn of the light. Someone knows what to do to fix this ?? Even when the battery is empty the light stays on (I guess there's still enough juice for the LED but not enough to power the cellphone...)

*Update* Something strange happened to the battery as well in the meantime (don't know if related to the 1st issue). It would normally charge to 100% within a few hours, and now it suddenly takes >15h for a full charge !

Can you please make sure that the buttons stay on even the phone is out of power and the battery is no power?
Can you take some picture in dark or the phone is off.

it finally turned off by itself after ~10 days, Working properly so far as before. Will repost if it does again. Thx.
