I have quite a worrying issue with my new Blackview BV6000s: the sound is cracked when listening to music or watching a video, but even sometimes when I'm not on my smartphone... It is not even possible to have a coherent conversation with someone because of the grinding sound.

Any suggestions?

Start the phone into recovery:
- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- When the open android is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select ""reboot system now"""
