When I was talking on the phone, I could barely hear my voice. The microphone is certainly good because when using the recorder everything is ok. The problem does not occur when I hook up the external microphone headset.

Is it possible that I have some kind of noise reduction or something else?

We are studying this problem, will come back soon if any solution.

"Start the phone into recovery:
- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- When the open android is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
