Try downgrading to an earlier build

There's two ways, download the rom onto your phone and use local update to do it but its bugged for most people.
or you can use SP Flash Tool and download the rom onto your pc.
I'll link my flashing guide for you, could you tell me which processor you have so then I can find the correct rom for you?

Ciao, thanks for your help but that's way too tech and beyond me. Maybe the next update whenever that is might fix it. Would be good to hear from blackview but they don't seem to respond to much.

I have the same problem and don't want to downgrade.
I will receive a BV8000 pro very soon and I hope it will not have the same problem...
