Speaker sound very low.

Hello i own a blackview bv6000. I bought it before christmas and from the begining i had a problem with the speaker. The sound was very bad like something was scratching in it. Today the sound became very low and i can hardly listen any sound from it. I cant use the phone without earphones and i am missing all my calls because i cant hear the ringtone when someone call me. I have read that this is a common problem so i expect from you to give me a solution through warranty. I live in Greece, Athens, so i am waiting for your reply to see how can we solve this problem. Please reply me soon because i am without phone and i need it. The problem is in the bottom loudspeaker.
