Hi,
I bough the Blackview BV6000S. I'm very happy with the rugged design.
But the screen is extremely sensitive. I can allready scroll with my finger 1 mm ABOVE the screen.
When I scroll up/down with my finger on the screen 80-90% of the time it "detects" touches causing it to faulty select unwilling links/options. Or the phones starts zooming instead of panning on maps.
This makes it impossible to use the phone.
Is the screen broken or does it need software tweaks?
I tried the many suggestions on the internet:
-android factory reset (that forced me also to find out to use the old DHCP client instead of the new one to get one WIFI again)
-I let the phone update to new newest version. It is now on build BV6000S_Blackview_V01_20160809
-minimize the mouse pointer speed (settings>language/input>pointerspeed)
-maximized the touch and hold delay (settings>accessibility>touch&hold delay)
Nothing fixes the sensitive screen problem.
Please advice. Thank you.
