Flash feature to do photos

Hello,
We bought, a BV6000s phone at TomTop reseller by CDiscount France on 16/09/2016
The Flash feature to do photos don't work more. TomTop don't want to do a warranty !
How resolve this issue ?
I do a Factory reset no success
