I was very happy with my BV6000s - other than it doesn't do 4G in USA - and even bought a second one for my son.
Unfortunately a few days ago when I woke up to its alarm, as I have been doing since I purchased it, I turned off the alarm and was greeted by a white screen informing me that the application failed to launch. It then rebooted itself but never came out of the "Blackview" logo. After doing a hard reset a few times (pushing power + Up buttons) it finally booted up but it constantly did the same thing - kept rebooting and not booting all the way into the UI. I finally retrieved my data from it and was able to do a factory reset - but it did not help. The phone is not usable. Please return this on warranty - repair it - or sell me something else. Thank you
