HI ADM,

After one week use of this nice cel phone, my nightmare started.

External speaker just stopped working.
At same day the message "SIM CARD REMOVED" showed up, no matter which slot I use.

Basically my phone is now a mini-mini tablet, the current installed version is BV6000S_BLACKVIEW_20161125.

Sending ti back to seller is not an option as I am in Brazil and the phone was bought thru ALI EXPRESS.

As last chance, can you send me the link to download the android 7.0 on my own risk?
