Something similar but much worst happened to me last week. Now the phone will barely charge if I leave it off and plugged all night. From 0 to 25% in 18 hours. and from 25% to 10 in only 1 hour of use (1 phone call).

Any solution?

If your phones are still covering the warranty time, you can contact the online shop where you bought your phone to get repaired or replacement.

I AM NEVER GOING TO BUY ANOTHER BLACKVIEW PHONE IN MY LIFE.
A PITY, IF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT SO BAD THE PHONE COULD HAVE HAD A GREAT SUCCESS AS IT IS FAR SUPERIOR (IN PRINCIPLE) TO OTHER AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET.
BUT IF ONE HAS TO SEND THE PHONE BACK TO CHINA (3 TO 5 WEEKS) TO THEN GET A REPLACEMENT SENT BACK (ANOTHER 3 TO 5 WEEKS)....THAT'S NONSENSE...

But thats a problem about your seller, not about blackview!

Nope, that's a problem about the warranty and customer support policies of Blackview, not the seller.
I have a business selling products myself so I know. When a customer buy a product of ours from a wholesaler, and the product is faulty, he's requested to send it back to us directly for replacement. We ship them a pre-paid next day delivery label and box. All they have to do is put the product in the box, ship it. And wait for a replacement in 5 days. That's customer service.

If the phone is still covering the warranty time, you can contact the re-seller to get replacement and we will offer support to the re-sellers.
