Dear Blackview team,
would like to get a address to send my phone (BV6000s) to repair/service.
The lower half of the touch screen is not responding anymore.. This is my 5th time that I ask for support/contact.. Your contact-form at Blackview website is not working, - after writing & sending a message the notification say: " 邮件发送失败" = sending not possible.. (thanks to Goggle translate!)
All "after sale - skype supports" are not online - or not exist.. its really frustrating!
Please contact me!!!
BTW: I already contact the seller - he refused to help - he answer "please contact blackview directly.."
