issue with data mobile

Hello could you help on this issue. My BV6000 indicates a connexion in 3G or 4G with my operator but internet doesn't work. I have only one SIM card in slot 1 configured for cellular data. The "allow cellular data" option is on ! I have already did a factory data reset but Nothing change.

Everything works fine in wifi.

Hi,

Have you ever tried your sim card in another slot? Also the same problem.
If yes, you can contact you network provider to see if there is any problem with your network service.

Same issue on the second slot. As you recommand, I have tested my SIM with another smartphone with success. Internet is available with a Samsung A5.

What can we do more ?

Hello! I had this too and asked my provider to send the configuration SMS again. Now it works normally.
