I just bought on Amazon a BV6000s. It's really a great smartphone but I have a very annoying problem
The level of the microphone is very low and my interlocutors hear me very weak even if I speak near the microphone hole.
If I use the headphone microphone it works normally (but I lose IP68 capabilities!)
Do you have a solution to this problem?
I have build V01_20160913 and kernel 3.18.19

I think Blackview solved a software bug with one of the latest updates.
If this wont help make sure the is no dirt inside or in front of the microphone hole (maybe wash your phone with hot water and a soft brush).

If this wont help you can enter the Engineer Mode by entering *#9646633# into your phone dialer. After you entered the Menu navigate to
Engineer Mode > Hardware Testing > Audio > Volume > Audio > Normal Mode.
Select "Mic" and increase the Value.
I havent tested it, maybe you need to restart the phone.
Maybe you can share your results.

My friend have the same trouble on my smartphone BS6000S. She bought it on Amazon and received it on january 2017.
Every is OK except the microphone. When she speaks, people hardly ear her voice. I have tried to enter in engeneering mode and change the values of MIC but nothing has changed.

Is there any thing else we can do with some hinted parameters? Or do we have to send it back to factory?

I have the same problem with a BV6000S that I bought in January. I tried to follow the steps to the enter in the engineering mode but nothing was improved. When I use the earphones, people ear me correctly, that means it comes from the micro phone.

I have the same problem,
Last update done then mic stopped working. Tried changing the levels in EM mode but makes no difference. People can here a sound wave noise but thats it.. Works fine with the headphones. I have only had this phone a few days - sort this out BlackView!!! or i'm sending it back
