Hi, in January 2017 I bought the phone in an Ebay store. A month ago the phone speaker turned down its volume until the ring is barely heard when receiving a call.
I have tried to contact several times with the seller of Ebay, but I receive no response.
According to me indicated before buying it, the phone has a year warranty.
What should I do?

Today, the phone registered a SIM card error, did not recognize the card and asked me to insert it. What is the reason for this problem?

If the seller is not helping you can contact ebay/paypal to get a refund.

For the Sim-problem check if the sim is insertet correct, reinsert it, use the second tray or check if the card itself is defective.
