BV 6000 was working fine until suddently the screen locked imself with a message
"please don't block that red area, or you can use combo buttons to unlock the phone."
with a screen of a display with a red area. picture enclose.
unpossible to reboot or restart.
Where does it comes from and how solving this? what is the combo?
