I bought my BV6000S a few days ago via Amazon and I found 2 issues the headsets and the speaker (the one on the back) don't work.

I did a restore and the headset works again, indeed really good performance, but the speaker still mute.

I have the same problem.
At first, speaker have sound problem, so I use loudspeaker, and now, any sounds are muted.
Where I can find these parts for fix my phone ?
I'm quite angry, I used this phone during only 2 months !!
