Finally got new speaker from Alston Blackview service HK and she sent me the links for Utube showing repair. So simple and it worked! Just flip out the old one and stick in the new. No wires at all. Only need small speaker part not the whole new back. Thanks Alston but why did it take 2 months+ to get help? Tomtop is off my list and they are real AS*h*les. Never never again with them.

Good evening well found at all. I have the same problem with the external speker that does not work. I even tried to send My Bv6000s to assistance in Spain via UPS courier, but the headquarter never picked up the phone for repair, so after about three months, this morning was thrown at my home without being parted.
I do not know what to take and how to fix it. HELP !!! Please....
