Once I dropped my cell phone to the floor but the blow was only received by the back then strange lights came out and the screen went off. It only emits a light but nothing more. The rest of the mobile still works perfectly even the touch but the screen does not see any image, the mobile does not have any scratches on the screen. I already tried to turn the phone off and on several times but there is no change only the light goes out and then comes back when turning on the mobile. Please help.

Do you mean everything is working fine and the screen can still be on, but just can not see the image on the screen?
