Hello, i have a problem with my phone, the imei 359711074428151 - 359711074428169 is registered in the GSMA database as a BV5000 and my phone is actually a BV6000, this problem don´t let me register my phone in my country, i ask you for help because if i don´t register my phone it will be block in my country i´m desperate and seeking for help, thanks a lot

This is really strange, how do you know the IMEI should be BV5000's? And this IMEI came to your BV6000?
Can you please make us more clear about your problem?
