I have a big problem with the volume sound of my bv6000 phone.
I bought it in september and the sound was great, it was at max volume verry loud so i had to put it lower.
But now at max volume and lies on the table you almosed don't hear it. In my pocked i hear nothing.
It happend two weeks ago. I think it happend after the latest update bv6000_Blackview_V01_20161025_20161108-1812.
I did the factory reset and hoped to go back one version, but it keep the same version 20161025.
Do i have to send the phone back or is it realy a bug in the software?
Do i have to wait for a new update? Or do i get android 7.0?
Can blackview_admin response to my problem!

The factory reset won't help the phone to get back to previous rom.
And for the speaker problem, you can contact service@blackview.hk to get a free Loudspeaker replacement.

I jave a Problem with the microphone.
During a call the other Person can hear : nothing !!!
With no call the mic works fine so it can't be a Hardware Problem.

The trouble begann with the update of Android 7.

Plesse hell me as soon as possible because i can not use my phone until the mic works again!

My speaker also does not work. I missed many calls b4 I realised. Now have contacted HK team but it is not clear what is going to happen next. They just keep saying 'wait it' but do not clarify what 'it' is. Cannot use the phone for several weeks now. Bummer. Tried hard and factory

reset and third party apps but no joy. What can I do to get my phone fixed? Bad enough no phone but too much time lost to try to get it fixed.

The same thing happened to me... I am still looking for a solution. 3rd apps "booster" doesn't work. I also tried to clean the speaker with pushed air or magnet...
