Dud battery dud phone.

Thu Dec 15, 2016 3:22 am

Just got my new bv6000s on 12/12/16 and the battery goes flat within a day and I mean flat flat. The screen is static as well especially when typing with the keyboard, android or google keyboard. it repeats letters and jumps which on other phones has only happened when glove mode was on but I have checked that and it is off. This is my second blackview phone, the first being bv6000 (big brother). Blackview - V01 - 20160809. Check on phone for any updates but nothing. I bought this phone for a spare so that I can send in my bv6000 to have the speaker repaired when the new one arrives. Considering we are buying these phones online and I live in Australia, it's all very well to say contact your seller and send it back for repairs but in the mean time we have no phone. Is it too much to ask when buying a phone that they are checked before being sent out, such a damned inconvenience, I would rather they just send me a new phone (checked) before being sent than wait around on damned repairs I mean really its only 3 days old. Now I am stuck using this crap until my new speaker arrives for my bv6000 before I can send this back for repairs I mean really it brand new and when you buy something brand new you expect more. I bought these phones for the durability for my job but it may be solid on the outside but not on the inside.

My point from all that gargle i just wrote is can you fix my damn phone without me having to spend more money sending it back for repairs not to mention the time wasted.
