hello, I just received the Blackview BV6000 IP68 yesterday and so i was putting a security pin onto the phone and when it asked me to type the pin in again to confirm, it said it was incorrect and it hasn't let me into the phone since. I phoned Vodafone because that is the SIM card provider but the lady said if it was the SIM card that was locked then the phone would be asking for a PUC code but as it's only asking for a PIN to be entered, she thinks it's the phone. I do not know who to phone to get this changed. The phone was ordered from Amazon. Thank you
