First three Gestures Smart Access

Hi,
Can anyone explain to me the three first Gestures Smart Access? In standard they should be for Play/PauseMusic, BackSong and NextSong, but the gestures themselves are only in Chinese text, which is not my native language.
So what should I do to Play/PauseMusic, BackSong and NextSong: swipe up, maybe swipe to the right, or left or some other gesture?
