My bv6000 has standard software.. No root.. My rom v01_20161011
I got fota download notification, after downloaded bv6000 my phone has restart.. Then the screen show me a picture of green android and start installing.. After a moment it was an Error icon on my screen.

I have to try download fota for a twice,, but the result as the same.

Please help me to fix this problem

I have exactly the same firmware version and the same problem installing the ota update

Similar problem: after the fota download, launched the update, but the phone not restart and the update not go ahead.

For me it worked OK. But I don't remember which was my last version.

I had no Problem with the same update. Maybe Blackview can provide a Download file for a local update for you.
