Audio at video capture way to silent

Thu Sep 29, 2016 9:42 pm

Just made some videos with the BV6000, video quality is good, audio is poor. Sound level of audio is way to low, I have to be as close as possible to the microphone or scream at a certain distance to hear something in the video clip?

Is this a SW issue? amplifaction factor not set right?
there is also noise in the background but I think this is because the sound level is to low.

on the other hand when i watch youtube videos or play music the volume level is pretty much ok

I have that problem too.

This is one of my problem about audio.
I'm using this app to create a video tutorial within BV6000 :

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... order.free

The video result is quite good but the audio is too low.

I still have another problem, but I will write later.

I solved this problem by modifying settings in engineer mode mtk (app) under hardware testing/audio/audiorecord/camera recording/ul gain=248.

very good tip nezdravanul!!! the gain was at my BV6000 somewhere around 112, i set it now to 248 and even at quiet speech the audio is very good to understand!

for all others with the same issue install this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... rter&hl=de and head to the sub menu like nezdravanul proposed: hardware testing/audio/audiorecord/camera recording/ and change the gain value

Thanks for that!
@ADMIN... maybe you take this info to your Software development team to bugfix this in the next release!!!!

never the less the volume is now right, the background noise still remains!!!

@nezdravanul do you have the same issue with the background noise??
