Maybe posted a few time but when I record a video the sound is very poor. I contacted the supplier and they suggest to send it back for repairs to China. When I google on the problem a get many hits and so have some doubts if repairing is possible.

Does other users has experience with sending back an repairing?

I also have some doubts about the battery. My phone is always warm so on the background it is doing something and have to charge every day.

When I saw the specs it looked promising but now I have it..

Blackview what do you advise? I have already set it back to factory settings and all available updates are done

your use habit will affect the standy time ? Clear the extra task timely will give a improvement.
