The USB confection has a fault when I connect to computer only the USB charge function works all other functions font. When I check device driver it it shows up but displays code error 19
I have tried swapping cables and tried on different computers same problem.
It did very briefly work then it stopped

I've sent same via facebook messenger also a couple of pictures

what's the system of the computers you try ?

Window's 10 tried on 2 computers neither work
I've also tried different cable same problem
I see you have put up a device driver how do you install

Try the following:
- go to Settings -> About phone
- scroll down to Build number
- tap on Build number 7 times -> this unlocks the developer options
- go back one level and just above About phone you find developer options -> locate the setting "select USB configuration"
- on your phone I guess this is on "Charging only", choose whatever you need

Tried that one its set to MTP

Try to install the driver on your computer.

If still can not work, after finish installing, reboot your problem , this usually work !

Still strugggleing to connect to windows 10
I have down loaded and installed the recommended updates and drivers still getting various error codes which I could forward to you if you provide the means
Is this forum the only means of getting support??
If this problem is not resolved I wish to return the phone under warranty how do I progress this option

- Disconenct the device by PC.
- Open a DOS primompt with admin privilege
- Type the following command
Net localgroup Administrators localservice /add
- Check that teh answer is commande xecuted (without errors)
- Close the DOS prompt.
Connect teh device to USB.
