HELP. My BV6000 won't charging

dear Admin
I am Just hands on my BV6000, Then I Directly Update the firmware to 20160822. but then when the battery on 11%, I charge my phone, I realize that it won't charging. I wait one, two, and now three hours , battery indicator still 11%. not changing. I try on/off charging and do factory reset but none affected. so, please tell me how to solve this problem?.

How long the phone can last with nomal use with the 11% power after the 3 hours charging ?

Have you verifyed that the battery symbol shows charging?
If I use my Blackview power adapter it has to be inserted specially into the socket to work, which took me some tries to figure out.
To check you also can use a different power adapter or the computers USB port to test charging.

Hello, I have the same problem, but only when I am charging from power bank.
When I am using AC adapter everything is ok, but when I use powerbank my phone is charging ~300mA current - that is equally to current that phone uses, and my battery level does not increase.
I have this issue from first day I use BV6000
Hmmm. maybe it fault of temp sensor, because my phone is just now ~30°C but on battery widget is 17.0 °C
USB cabble is 100% good, it charges every phone good and fast
powerbank is tested and efficient, it can delivery 2.4 amp @5V
Maybe solution is connecting together middle pins in usb plug, but I won't to destroy my cabble to test this.

Not Long as normal battery with 11%. It's like the power never charge the battery.
Update : after that I don't charge the battery in approximately 10 hours, then I tried to recharge and somehow battery full in 3,5 hours. Something odd happen here... I know a post in this forum also has the same problem but haven't real solution.

Hello,
I just noticed some issues today. Phone refused to charge with HTC 5V/1A - it was fine last time I charged it. Original charger still works normally. It was not a connection issue as I tried to reconnect several times - using original cable, latest firmware. Don't know what the problem was.

If charge via computure,still the same problem ?

One month ago I bought the phone. This phone has stoped working and the battery can't be loading. Admin Could you be so kind and tell me what can I do in this situation?

The issue might be with the lead. As in some leads look like they're in. But because of all the rubber they just don't quite reach.
My first thought with this phone was why didn't they put wireless charging in

Your phone stop working because it won't charge? you use the standard charger? Any detailed description for us to know your problem?
