firmvare update

Sat Jul 02, 2016 9:15 am

Hi!
I have recieved new firmware update, but I don't know if I should update or not. I don't want to be beta tester or brick my phone. Did anyone did this update? Is it safe? What " minor bugfixes" does it fix?

I was enjoying my new phone until an hour ago when i did the actualization, Now my phone ask for the pin code but after that it says that there is no sim card , or it randomly gets connected or disconnected never allowing 4g.

It will be nice to have some help or some way to go back to the original.

Same problem here I think! I just received the phone though and didn't try it with factory firmware... went straight ahead and installed the update- doh!

Had problem with Sim card slot 1 before update.
Thought new firmware would solve problem, now both slots don't read my sim card.
Frustrating.
Please provide patch, otherwise my BV6000 will become a hammer as in youtube promo.

Hi,

you can try a factory reset to see if problem can be solved, if still can not , you may need to flash firmware.

I've made factory reset 2 times, without results. I think is a patch problem. After a pari of minutes the phone recognize the sim, but without the ability to use mobile data. It's also impossible to add APN profiles to use mobile internet.
Please solve, thanks
