Fashing bv6000 in bootloop

Hi, i received this product today but with no reasons, it bootloop!
Please, how can i flash the rom that you give to us ?

Hi,
you need to use computer to flash it.
Sorry now we do not have flash manual for this one, but we have published one for BV5000 before, which can be a reference.

This is not working. When I connect the BV6000 to the Computer to download the .img Files to the phone, windows says: Unkown USB device and the phone displays the battery charging symbol. Are the VCOM USB Driver different between BV5000 and BV6000?

Hey! Flashed with the newes ROM, but the problem is still the same: Bootloop and no access to the recovery mode... Please help!

Try reflashing several times and different ROMs. I think some will work.
If it don't help please contact your seller for help.
