If you want new ROM check this topic viewtopic.php?f=144&t=147109 and flash your phone via PC

@aztec165: have you rooted your phone and put a custom recovery onto it (such as TWRP)? If you did, this would explain why your phone is stuck in a bootloop - that's kind of normal. So, the rule of thumb is: never do an OTA update when your phone has a custom recovery. Instead, flash the new ROM through your PC; this will also overwrite the custom recovery and all, so you'll have to root your phone again after flashing.

There are many different reasons that can make a phone impossible to receive OTA Updates. Try Flashing (directly) or Local file Update (one by one) instead.
