I open a special topic for this problem ...

Many users have problems with the three capacitive buttons whitch are not or bad responsive very often.
Sometimes they works correctly, but most of time i need to touch buttons many times to get a response ... the badest response is for back button !
It's not hardware problem because for all users bugs happen after ROM updates ... (like capacitive buttons drivers broken ?)
All solutions (Rollback ROM, factory reset, wipes, format, etc ... had been tested without success ...
The main screen of the phone is also a little laggy, but capacitive buttons are a pain !
Waiting solution is to use an app to get virtual buttons but this problem need a fix !

For some reason I cant post a new topic anywhere in these forums.
Anyway after much reading I have decided to stay with build 20161011 because for starters blackview tells me there are no updates and this is the latest version. So im guessing this is the last truly stable version where everything works.
They did offer Android 7.0 in the past but not any longer. Im glad I stuck with this version.
My only issue is the speaker is so quiet I cant hear any calls if its in my pocket.. only the vibrate sometimes tells me.
I will end up getting another phone because of the speaker issue. I cant listen to music or use handsfree because I cant hear it unless its right against my ear. This is a HUGE design flaw with this phone. The speaker is crap. Total crap. It is just usable.
I have to use headphones if i want to listen to music or an audiobook or do anything with audio.
This is unacceptable. I love everything else about this phone. The wifi is excellent. The Glonass GPS is very accurate and the compass works good, even though I cant ever calibrate it.. it always asks me to calibrate but calibrating never works. Still the compass points in the correct direction so its ok.
This phone was a great flagship model for 2016 but did have some problems out of the box.
I dont know if I will buy blackview in the future. It depends on the quality control.
There is also a problem with lag unlocking which has always been the case on every build ive tried.
When you press power it takes 2-3 seconds sometimes to light up, which is pretty strange for a phone with 3g ram and helio processor?
If anyone can confirm a version of 7.0 that doesnt have lag or key press problems, or a better version of 6.0 then please let me know.
thanks

Yes, seems capacitive button problems has appeared with Android 7 ... (drivers broken ??? background priority for capacitive buttons ??? )
A patch or update is necessary to fix this important issue !

There are dozens of posts on this already. The problem is due to the fact that Blackview has used different parts for the BV6000 depending on when it was made. So now the Capacitive buttons are a problem for some and not others.
I had the problem until I updated to Android 7 version 2017/07/06 . This has fixed the problem completely. The only problem is that Glove Mode has been removed and Blackview has already said that they will not be bringing it back (rather disappointingly).
Try running updates until you get to this version (2017/07/06) . Settings-> About Phone - >Wireless Update
I haven't gone past that version yet but I believe there are some later versions of Android 7 as well.

I've tryed (rollback) all android 7 versions flashable with the same capacitive button problems ...
Blackview could give us a selective android 7 update for only users who have this issue.

I've removed a tempered screen protection ... It's better, but no protection now !
