Massive lags with rom 20170517 + 20170708

I get massive lags in ui with rom 20170517 + 20170708. Rom 20170414 is the last useable for me, very snappy. Would it be possible to build the 20170708 rom with drivers from 20170414? I think i am not the only one with that display who has this problems with the newer roms!

It has happened with my bv
I am rolling back to 0414
