While you are trying to update your phone by flashing, please do not update via formatting, this will make all the data missing and even make you phone dead, the usually happened thing was that the IMEI will be missing.
There are 2 ways to update your phone, via OTA and flashing.
Update via OTA, all the data and settings in your phone can be found still in the phone, but there is some inconvenient that you can only do it step by step, that means you can not skip firmware release but install one after the other.
If you don't get the OTA update, I'd suggest to install the next firm release trough Local Update, and once done, check if your phone does recognize another firmware available while using the "Search for Updates" menu.

I am waiting LOCAL UPDATE version.
I ever get OTA notification but when I try update it several time, always failed.
Now, OTA update is not available again in my BV6000.

That's why I need LOCAL UPDATE version for Android 7.0 Nougat.

I hope you will release download link very soon.

Thank you.

If the phone does not detect new firmwares available, I'd suggest the following:
- install the next firmware though the Local Update method so it won't erase anything (since you have 20161011, the next firmware is 20161025)
- once installed, check if the phone does then detect new firmwares automatically, if not, repeat the previous step

Firmwares, tools and manuals can be found here:

Give a try and don't hesitate to come back should you have any question/problem.
