Yes, we all have this issue.
You should open the "MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin" in your folder.

Following steps worked for me:
0. Backup your data!
1. Download and install USB COM driver:
http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=144&t=54240#p600982. Download and unzip Flash tool:
http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=144&t=122499#p3018813. Download and unzip ROM ver. 20170424:
http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=144&t=118500#p2975584. Flash ROM as showed in tutorial:
