hi

i bought BV6000 just a week before. Everything looks good except the below ones/

Wifi is automatically turning off after a min.
Mobile data is turning on automatically though I switched off, did restart but things are not going fine.
Mobile is very hot most of the times though there is no apps is running.
last, every time when I turned off i have to reset the ringtone.. please check and let me know what should I do.

since the mobile data is turning on automatically and wifi also not connecting i have lost around 500 Indian rupees for consuming the data. please reply as earlier as possible.

Before this happened, did you have set something on your phone?

i haven't done anything.
earlier i had digital clock for 3 timezones in my homepage, not sure how come it removed from the homescreen.
now unable to bring the same in my homepage.

Check if you have still activated "keep wifi on during sleep".

Settings>Wifi>top right menu>Advanced

mine has started doing this also out of nowhere

I had similar problems for a couple of days, until I realized what the reason is: I had set automatic battery profile switching ON, with the built-in "intelligent" profile to switch to. Turns out that nothing about this profile is intelligent. It actually switches Wifi and Bluetooth off as soon as the "automatic" kicks in, which in my case was between 30s and 1min. The solution is easy: Never use the profile "intelligent". Rather, make a new one "My profile", in which you set everything to your liking. Let the automatic switch to this profile, or switch off the automatic altogether.
After this simple change, I never had problems again.

same happens to me, but not only wifi switches off, also Cellular data after 30 sec, and bluetooth switches on continuously by its own....
was working fine for 2 weeks..... after last system update same problem. somebody same problems???????
