have the same problem. scanned my phone whith dr.web antivirus. OS has android.spy 1605 and android.backdoor. Root rights are required to uninstall them. Also, system downloads apps without my permission and steals passwords. Looks like these two spies were preinstalled before purchase. Please, respond

Hi, i also have this issue on my phone. Something in OS tries to load some strange app. This apps then show some advertisements. Even after factory reset, the issue comes back after a while.
Some people in other forums tell that some shops flash their own version with virus included. Avira tells me that i have some issues in htmlviewer (inside OS, not in a app), normally i would see that as false positive, but not here. Probably would be helpful to get original blackview version as local update. Can i download this from a trustful site?

Hi, saw this topic, And want to ask you to find a solution quickly d'or this problèmes! I can't even answer my phone when it's ringing because of all thé ads! I've found out that it's in thé root of Android somewhere where there's a hidden section apparently where thé adds come in!
Please mâle a patch for it or whatever, because this is not normal And terrible! And there are some adds that installé themselves on thé phone, and block installation from unknown source is blocked on thé phone! This is impossible!
Thanks for a quick action taking!

Solution:
Goto: settings -- apps
Enable system apps
Select "HTMLViewer"
Disable this app.
Check all your installed apps.
I had apps like "Phone" or "Call" or "XXX" which were actually malware.
