How to get Android 7.0 wireless update after hard reset?

I had some problems with my device and after performing hard reset it is showing July 5,2016 patch level, Build no. 20161011.
I tried wireless update but it is showing my system is currently upto date.
How can I get Andriod 7.0 after this?
Need help plz.

Get the local 20161025 ROM from here
viewtopic.php?f=144&t=101183#p284253 and perform a local update following this
viewtopic.php?f=144&t=41724 Afterwards you should get Android 7 updates over the air (OTA)
