I'd like to share how to workaround some critical bugs after upgrading to Android 7 with Russian system language

1. Phone looses wifi & Bluetooth connections - problem was in android 7 battery saving profiles, but was solved just by switching to English system language

2. After a week of normal usage built in Phone app had stopped. And app keeps stopping after reset. Clear Cache and Data didn't help. It doesn't crush in airplane mode only Temporary solved by third party True Phone dialer

3. Can't copy files from PC to phone using USB. Sending them using Telegram (or other messenger).

Waiting for stable Android 7...

Does your phone app have all rights/permissions and is on the whitelist for "background task clear"?

Yes, I've just granted all permission for it (before it had default set).
It's system and builting app - it even isn't present in list of background task cleaner.

How I can diagnose the cause of the problem? It seems it's because of some contact which is synced with external source. In airplance mode phone doesn't crush.

Although I turned off every external source with no luck.

It seems problem is gone with 20170414 update.
