My phone doesn't auto actualizate since last year summer, what should i do to get 7.0? Is there a dummy guide?

I had the same problem, here's what I did:
- flash to 20160822 ROM (download it from here viewtopic.php?f=144&t=101183#p284253) following this method viewtopic.php?f=144&t=54240 WARNING: flashing the ROM will make you loose ALL your apps/settings/data so make a backup before
- then auto-update over the air (OTA) should work and you should be able to update to 20161011, then 20161025, then Android 7 (20161216,
then 20170223)

You must install 20161025 by local file to get next updates. http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=144&t=101183#p284253
But android 7 is still not stable for every device.
